EXTERIOR

Often times a paint job will look aesthetically pleasing but won’t necessary last.  The reason why paint jobs do not last is because the wrong products and proper preparation were not taken prior to the finish coat.  Preparation should be approximately 75% of the overall paint job.  Unless handled properly by an experience painter, the final coat of paint will inevitably fail sooner than expected and cost the homeowner more money.
